At eKids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unopened items. If your order doesn't bring a smile to your face, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your eKids account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
